Multilateralism in Action - Part I

  • The UN System – A comprehensive breakdown of the inner architecture, uncovering the mechanics of the UN Structure, the Security Council, and the General Assembly.

  • International Law 101 – Demystifying the legal binding of global affairs: treaties, state sovereignty, enforcement mechanisms, and ultimate accountability.

Multilateralism in Action - Part II

  • Diplomacy & Negotiation – Moving past the grand speeches to study how consensus is actually built behind the scenes through compromises and alliances.

  • Live Simulation – A mini “Crisis Committee” exercise focusing on a real-world, high-pressure sustainability issue where students must negotiate a solution.

The Leadership Manifesto.

Study Visit: International Red Cross Museum. A deep dive into humanitarian engagement before finalizing the Personal Leadership Manifesto.

The goal: Owning your power and joining the global stage.

The final day is the bridge between the Lab and your future. Today, we shift from learning to becoming. You’ve spent the week gathering tools; now it’s time to declare how you will use them.

  • The “Leadership Manifesto” Workshop: Forget generic mission statements. You will draft your personal Leadership Manifesto—a bold declaration of your values, your vision, and the specific impact you commit to making in your community. This is your “North Star” to keep you on track long after you leave Geneva.

  • The Impact Showcase: In a high-energy “Final Pitch” session, you’ll present your roadmap to your peers and mentors. This is where you get final, expert feedback on how to turn your project into a reality.

  • The Graduation Ceremony: A formal celebration held in the heart of the international hub. As you receive your SALS Academy Certificate, you aren’t just a student anymore—you are an officially recognized member of a global network of change-makers.
