You will draft your personal Leadership Manifesto—a bold declaration of your values, your vision, and the specific impact you commit to making in your community. This is your “North Star” to keep you on track long after you leave Geneva.

• The Impact Showcase: In a high-energy “Final Pitch” session, you’ll present your roadmap to your peers and mentors. This is where you get final, expert feedback on how to turn your project into a reality.

• The Graduation Ceremony: A formal celebration held in the heart of the international hub. As you receive your SALS Academy Certificate, you aren’t just a student anymore—you are an officially recognized member of a global network of change-makers.
