Swiss Academy for Leadership and Sustainability is a Centre of Excellence that empowers individuals with key skills and knowledge that enables them to achieve their potential and be impactful and transformational leaders. SALS also aims to accomplish a positive global governance by working with communities and governments towards accelerating the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Its headquarters is located in Geneva, Switzerland.

Our tailor-made activities are delivered worldwide. We cherish in person activities and we also provide distance based online learning.

We are located in the beautiful city of Geneva, Switzerland. The location is not accidental as Geneva is a center for multilateralism, hosting many key United Nations agencies, NGOs, international organisations, focusing on global issues and challenges like peace and security, human rights, humanitarian aid, health, labor standards, intellectual property, and trade and history of neutrality, being a safe and neutral space for dialogue and negotiation between different actors.
