The goal: Getting the resources to lead. Even the best ideas need funding and support. Today, we focus on the “The Geneva Method” of negotiation. You will learn the art of multi-stakeholder partnerships—how to get governments, NGOs, and big business to work together on your project.

Key Experience: A high-stakes Resource Mobilization Simulation. You will pitch a project and negotiate for the “funding” needed to make it happen.

Put your map-reading and teamwork skills to the test. This isn’t a boring walking tour. Armed with a custom mission map, you’ll navigate the streets of the International Quarter and the Old Town, unlocking the secrets of Geneva’s most iconic landmarks.

Study Visit: Palais des Nations (UN Geneva). A briefing on multilateralism at the heart of international diplomacy.

The goal: Seeing diplomacy in action. Geneva isn’t just a city; it’s a living laboratory. We take the classroom to the streets. You will explore the “International Quarter,” learning the history and the hidden mechanics of the organizations that shape our lives—from the Red Cross (ICRC) to the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Study Visit: International Red Cross Museum. A deep dive into humanitarian engagement before finalizing the Personal Leadership Manifesto.

The goal: Owning your power and joining the global stage.

The final day is the bridge between the Lab and your future. Today, we shift from learning to becoming. You’ve spent the week gathering tools; now it’s time to declare how you will use them.

  • The “Leadership Manifesto” Workshop: Forget generic mission statements. You will draft your personal Leadership Manifesto—a bold declaration of your values, your vision, and the specific impact you commit to making in your community. This is your “North Star” to keep you on track long after you leave Geneva.

  • The Impact Showcase: In a high-energy “Final Pitch” session, you’ll present your roadmap to your peers and mentors. This is where you get final, expert feedback on how to turn your project into a reality.

  • The Graduation Ceremony: A formal celebration held in the heart of the international hub. As you receive your SALS Academy Certificate, you aren’t just a student anymore—you are an officially recognized member of a global network of change-makers.
